OUR PROCESS FOR INTERIORS
CONCEPT DESIGN :
- Attend briefing meeting with client
- Attend design workshop with all relevant members of the design Team.
- Carry out concept design studies and produce presentation material
- Assist others in preparation of budgets
- Attend Conceptual design presentation to the client.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT :
- Prepare preliminary layouts of the proposed design
- Develop detail execution drawings and details with finishes as approved by client / client representative
- Prepare Package BOQ’s such as Civil Interior, Electrical, HVAC, etc
- Float Tenders, make Techno commercial comparatives for Clients approval.
EXECUTION :
- Award relevant package orders and long lead orders
- Site kick off meeting, weekly, or scheduled meeting for site Progress monitor
- Reporting to client/ end users as the case may be on site progress.
- Monitor site progress with respect to design, cost & time schedule
- Inform client on any deviation w.r.t design, cost & time.
- Complete site in all respects and hand over to client with Proper Documentation.
