03Website Information and Services
Our website provides information about our company, design capabilities, interior solutions, project services, and contact facilities.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not automatically constitute a binding offer, final quotation, or commitment to undertake a project.
The actual scope, price, specifications, deliverables, and timelines of a project will be confirmed separately through an appropriate quotation, proposal, work order, or Project Agreement.
We may update or modify website content and features when necessary, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.
04Enquiries and Consultations
Users may contact us through website forms, email, telephone, messaging platforms, or other communication channels made available by the Company.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically establish a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, reserve a project slot, or create a binding contract.
We may contact you to understand your requirements, discuss project feasibility, request additional information, or arrange a consultation.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring that you have permission to share any property, business, or project information submitted to us.
05Cost Estimator and Indicative Pricing
Our website may provide an interior cost estimator, construction calculator, or similar tool to help users understand potential project costs.
Any estimate generated by such a tool is indicative and depends on the information entered, assumed measurements, selected materials, indicative rates, and other calculation assumptions.
Actual project costs may vary because of:
- Site conditions and verified measurements.
- Design complexity and customisation.
- Material selection, quality, and availability.
- Labour, transport, installation, and logistics.
- Civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related requirements.
- Furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishing specifications.
- Building permissions, site access, and existing conditions.
- Taxes, statutory charges, and third-party costs.
- Changes to the agreed scope or unforeseen conditions.
An online estimate is not a final quotation or a guarantee of the final project price.
The final price will be determined through a quotation or proposal issued by the Company and accepted under the applicable project terms.
We may update estimator rates, assumptions, and calculations. Any such changes will not override an existing binding written agreement.
06Quotations, Proposals, and Project Agreements
Project quotations and proposals may specify the scope of work, materials, quantities, prices, taxes, exclusions, payment schedules, milestones, estimated completion dates, warranties, and other conditions.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Preliminary estimates are not confirmed orders.
- Quotations are subject to their stated validity periods and conditions.
- Work begins after the agreed approvals, documentation, advance payments, and other prerequisites are completed.
- Changes to the agreed scope must be documented and approved where required.
- Client responsibilities, exclusions, and third-party dependencies are governed by the relevant project documents.
Where these website terms conflict with a specific Project Agreement, the Project Agreement will govern the relevant project to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
07Project Scope and Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, timely decisions, necessary approvals, and site access as agreed in the Project Agreement.
Depending on the project, clients may be required to:
- Provide lawful access to the project site.
- Confirm their authority to approve the proposed work.
- Provide accurate layouts, measurements, and property information.
- Obtain permissions allocated to them under the Project Agreement.
- Coordinate with landlords, building management, or other authorised parties.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
- Inform the Company of relevant site restrictions and safety requirements.
The Company's obligations and deliverables are determined by the agreed scope of work and Project Agreement.
Delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate information, restricted access, delayed approvals, or matters outside the Company's reasonable control will be addressed under the Project Agreement and applicable law.
08Changes, Variations, and Additional Work
Changes to design, layouts, materials, specifications, quantities, or project scope may affect pricing and completion timelines.
Where practicable, additional work and material changes will be documented through a revised quotation, variation order, or written approval before implementation.
The Company is not required to undertake work outside the agreed scope unless the relevant change has been accepted by the parties.
09Payments, Taxes, and Invoicing
Payments are governed by the relevant quotation, invoice, work order, or Project Agreement.
Clients must pay agreed amounts according to the applicable payment schedule and due dates.
Additional work, approved variations, upgraded materials, third-party charges, and applicable taxes may be charged separately where not included in the agreed price.
Invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations will be provided as appropriate.
Advances, milestone payments, retention amounts, refunds, and deductions will be governed by the relevant written agreement and applicable law.
No payment obligation will be treated as agreed merely because it appears in general website content.
10Project Timelines and Delays
Completion dates and timelines shown on the website or discussed during preliminary consultations are indicative unless expressly confirmed in the applicable Project Agreement.
Timelines may be affected by:
- Client-requested changes.
- Delays in approvals, payments, or decisions.
- Material availability and supply-chain disruptions.
- Site access restrictions.
- Unforeseen structural or site conditions.
- Third-party delays.
- Government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The parties' rights, responsibilities, revised timelines, and available remedies will be determined by the Project Agreement and applicable law.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
11Cancellation, Termination, and Refunds
Project cancellation and termination are governed by the applicable Project Agreement and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, amounts payable may include charges for completed work, approved materials, committed procurement, non-recoverable third-party costs, or other amounts lawfully due.
Refunds will be assessed according to the applicable agreement, amounts paid, work completed, materials procured, and relevant legal requirements.
Nothing in these terms creates an automatic right to retain all advance payments or impose a cancellation fee in every circumstance.
Where no separate Project Agreement exists, cancellation and refund disputes will be assessed in light of the applicable agreement, communications, and law.
12Materials, Products, and Design Variations
Interior projects may involve wood, stone, fabrics, metals, glass, finishes, manufactured products, and other materials whose appearance can vary.
Reasonable variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish may occur because of natural material characteristics, manufacturing batches, lighting conditions, screen settings, or supplier availability.
If a specified product becomes unavailable, substitutions will be handled according to the Project Agreement and any applicable client approval requirements.
13Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content and original materials created by or licensed to the Company may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This may include:
- Website text and graphics.
- Company branding and logos.
- Photographs and project images.
- Design presentations and original visual material.
- Illustrations, layouts, and website design elements.
- Other original content published on the website.
Users may view and use website content for personal information and legitimate evaluation of our services.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or represent protected content as your own without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Project-specific designs, drawings, plans, 3D visualisations, bills of quantities (BOQs), and other deliverables are governed by the intellectual property and usage rights in the relevant Project Agreement.
Third-party trademarks, products, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
14Project Photographs and Portfolio Use
We may display project photographs, design examples, completed work, and portfolio material on our website or marketing channels where we have the necessary rights and permissions.
Submitting photographs or engaging our services does not automatically give the Company unrestricted permission to publish identifiable client information, confidential documents, or private property images.
Where consent or another lawful basis is required, we will obtain or establish it before using the relevant material.
Clients with confidentiality obligations or restrictions on photography should communicate those requirements before work begins.
15Third-Party Services and External Links
Our website may link to third-party websites, platforms, or services for convenience or additional information.
We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices.
Your use of a third-party service is subject to its applicable terms and privacy policy.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
16Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep our website useful, secure, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete freedom from errors, or compatibility with every device or browser.
Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated details, technical inaccuracies, or omissions.
We may correct errors and update information when necessary.
Nothing in this section excludes statutory rights or remedies, or limits obligations arising under a binding Project Agreement.
17Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information that was not intended to constitute a binding quotation, professional assessment, or contractual commitment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to interior design, construction, procurement, or execution services is governed by the relevant Project Agreement and applicable law.
All exclusions and limitations must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protection laws and other applicable legal requirements.
18Indemnity
Users must not knowingly misuse the website, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or share information they are not authorised to disclose.
To the extent permitted by law, users may be responsible for losses directly resulting from their unlawful misuse of the website or infringement of third-party rights.
Nothing in this section requires a consumer to indemnify the Company for the Company's own unlawful conduct or for any matter where such an obligation is prohibited by law.
19Privacy and Personal Information
Our collection and handling of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
Any consent required for personal data processing or non-essential cookies will be handled separately where applicable.

20Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay to the extent caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, widespread infrastructure failures, or significant supply-chain disruptions, subject to applicable law.
The affected party should notify the other party within a reasonable time, where practicable, and take reasonable steps to minimise the effects.
This provision does not automatically cancel payment obligations for work already completed or other amounts lawfully due.
The consequences of a force majeure event will be governed by the relevant Project Agreement and applicable law.
21Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a question, complaint, or concern regarding our website or services, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter constructively.
Project-related disputes will be handled under the applicable Project Agreement and Indian law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available before a competent court, consumer commission, regulatory authority, or other forum under applicable law.
22Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent courts or statutory forums, disputes will be handled by the forum having lawful jurisdiction over the relevant matter.
Nothing in these Terms creates an exclusive jurisdiction arrangement where such an arrangement would be invalid or prohibited by law.
23Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Existing Project Agreements will continue to be governed by their terms unless the parties validly agree to a change.
We encourage users to review this page periodically.
24Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay in exercising a right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
25Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence
These Terms govern general use of the website.
They do not replace or override a specific signed Project Agreement, accepted quotation, work order, or other binding project document.
For a particular project, the applicable written agreement and its agreed order of precedence will govern project-specific matters, subject to mandatory law.
